Steward's Report
Ultra Lightbeam – Late scratching at 5:29pm on 28/3/20 when Mr Matthew Marshall reported the greyhound to have a fibula injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Sensory.
Immersion was quick to begin. Nine To Seven was slow to begin.
Nenna Tears, Sensory and True Alpha collided soon after the start checking Sensory. Nenna Tears checked off True Alpha on the first turn checking Nine To Seven; causing Nine To Seven and Nenna Tears to race wide as a result. Saw Blaze checked off Nenna Tears on the third turn.
Stewards noted the the muzzle of Sensory became loose during the event.
