Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Jebrynah.
Minter Zoom was quick to begin. Jebrynah Echo, Natural Cruiser and Monaco Lights were slow to begin. Weeona Bulldozer, Natural Cruiser and Monaco Lights collided approaching the first turn. Darklight and Jebrynah collided approaching the first turn. Darklight was checked off Jebrynah on the first turn. Weeona Bulldozer, Natural Cruiser and Monaco Lights collided on the first turn causing Darklight to gallop on Weeona Bulldozer severely checking Darklight and Weeona Bulldozer as a result. Jebrynah Echo and Natural Cruiser collided on the home turn, entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.
Stewards spoke to Ms. J. Reinke the handler of Minter Zoom and issued a warning regarding the greyhound's boxing manners.
A post race sample was taken from Brother Griff - winner of the event.
