The meeting was delayed due to the track surface on the home straight requiring further grading prior to racing. Track maintenance staff rectified the issue. Stewards and the on track veterinarian declared the track satisfactory for racing.

Lightning Artist, Golden Gift and Zipping Aspen collided soon after the start checking Lightning Artist. Quicker Than Joe and Winlock Kin collided approaching the first turn. Lightning Artist, I'm Demanding and Golden Gift collided approaching the home turn. I'm Demanding visibly eased and collided with Golden Gift on the home turn checking I'm Demanding. Quicker Than Joe and Winlock Kin collided in the home straight.

I'm Demanding underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left fore shin soreness,and a minor abrasion on the left hind paw, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mrs. Y. Andrews, regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), I'm Demanding was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mrs. Andrews pleaded guilty to the charge, I'm Demanding must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

The start of this race was amended from 2:54pm to 4:04pm.

Midnight Hawk underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right metacarpal injuries. A stand down period of 14 days was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs. A. Sinnott, the representative of Pack It In regarding the greyhounds racing manners home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Pack It In was charged with marring. Mrs. Sinnott pleaded guilty to the charge, Pack It In is suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

The start of this race was amended from 3:17pm to 4:27pm.

A post-race sample was taken from Yeller Bale, winner of the event.

The start of this race was amended from 3:42pm to 4:49pm.

The start of this race was amended from 4:04pm to 5:07pm.

An out of competition sample was taken from Pandero King on 17/10/2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Valletta Sky was quick to begin. Yogi Mikado, Militant Spirit, Onions O'Reilly and Miss Pepperjack collided soon after the start checking Yogi Mikado, Onions O'Reilly and Miss Pepperjack. Pandero King crossed to the inside checking Miss Pepperjack on the first turn. Valletta Sky and Pandero King collided approaching the winning post checking Pandero King.

Devil's Cartel – Late scratching at 10:37 when Mr. D. Bewley reported the greyhound to have an injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

The start of this race was amended from 4:27pm to 5:32pm.

Why Not Patrick and One Brew were slow to begin. Eye Catcher and Nella Bale collided soon after the start. Why Not Patrick and One Brew collided approaching the first turn. Kranskey, Why Not Patrick and One Brew collided on the first turn checking One Brew. Weeping Angel and Tink collided on the home turn. Kranskey and Nella Bale collided on the home turn checking Nella Bale. Kranskey and Nella Bale collided entering the home straight. One Brew and Kranskey collided approaching the winning post.

Kranskey underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a superficial abrasion on the bottom of the left paw. No stand down period was imposed.

An out of competition sample was taken from Chops Malone on 17/10/2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Aston Aniston was slow to begin. Zipping Storm eased on the first turn. Gloria Bale and Scott Something collided on the first turn. Scott Something, Broken Pieces and Mi Roma collided on the first turn checking Mi Roma. Happy Tails and Broken Pieces collided on the second turn and again approaching the home turn.

Zipping Storm underwent a post-race race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising over the left thigh. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Toonang was slow to begin. Master Cosmic and Hua Hin collided entering the back straight. Master Cosmic and Hua Hin collided approaching the home turn.

Kraken Bo was slow to begin. Once A King and Khlo Money collided approaching the first turn. Once A King, Khlo Money and Gallant Toby collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Khlo Money and Gallant Toby collided approaching the home turn. Atarah and Off The Bit collided entering the home turn.
