Steward's Report
Out of competition samples were taken from Voluptuous Dot and Galloping Rokyto on 14 October 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Voluptuous Dot and Galloping Rokyto collided soon after the start. Chasing Rex, Refresh and Jetson Princess collided soon after the start checking Chasing Rex ad Refresh. Voluptuous Dot was checked off Galloping Rokyto approaching the home turn and collided with Chasing Rex causing Voluptuous Dot to stumble, Voluptuous Dot and Chasing Rex raced wide and lost ground as a result.
Voluptuous Dot underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left triangle muscle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
The Judge inadvertently semaphored the incorrect first placing, 7 which was corrected to 8 prior to the all clear being given.
