Steward's Report
Tin Shed Fred was slow to begin. Tin Shed Fred and Posterior Chain collided approaching the first turn. Ally Oop Keats, Walk On Bye and Break The Plate collided on the first turn, checking All Oop Keats. Tin Shed Fred checked off Walk On Bye in the home straight. Break The Plate crossed to the outside in the home straight, checking Tin Shed Fred and Walk On Bye.
Posterior Chain underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have lacerations and spike wounds to the left hind toes. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Tin Shed Fred underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr R.Clark, the trainer of Tin Shed Fred regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. After hearing Mr Clarks' submissions, all available footage and Stewards own observations no further action was taken.
A post-race sample was taken from Go Get Boy- the winner of the event.
