Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from White Grit.
White Grit and Manny Allen collided soon after the start. Miss Zok Dee and Steve's Uggboot collided soon after the start. Manny Allen, Miss Zok Dee and Steve's Uggboot collided approaching the first turn checking Miss Zok Dee. Fast Izzi and Manny Allen collided approaching the first turn checking Manny Allen. White Grit crossed to the outside on the first turn checking Pandora's Proof and severely checking Steve's Uggboot; White Grit and Steve's Uggboot raced wide as a result. Fast Izzi and Pandora's Proof collided on the second turn checking White Grit and Steve's Uggboot and severely checking Pandora's Proof and Miss Zok Dee which fell as a result. White Grit and Manny Allen collided entering the home straight.
Miss Zok Dee underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right triceps, left pectoral and right triangle muscles. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
