Steward's Report
Mini Yaala was quick to begin. Midnight Rage, Josephine and Shima Melody collided soon after the start checking Josephine. Midnight Rage checked off Beaut Deeds on the first turn. Narcelle clipped the heels of Rotate on the first turn. Rotate and Beaut Deeds collided entering the home straight. Midnight Rage and Narcelle collided in the home straight. Josephine faded in the home straight.
Josephine underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right monkey muscle and right pencil muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Mr Keith Lloyd failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Josephine for racing. Mr Lloyd was fined $100.00 pursuant to GAR 46 (2)
