The All Clear for this event was delayed by approx. 5mins due to the second placegetter (Taylor's Way) as the greyhound fell entering the catching and required veterinary attention before it could scanned following the event.

Ultra Light, which fell in the catching pen, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have split webbing to the left hind foot.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Ashley's Entity underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Kraken Dust and Bush Song were slow to begin.

Pink Floyd, Light The Track and Yelredda Saint collided soon after the start severely checking Pink Floyd and Light The Track.  Yelredda Saint checked off Whodat Dare on the first turn and contacted the running rail.  Light The Track galloped on Yelredda Saint on the second turn checking Light The Track.  Kraken Dust and Flowing collided approaching the winning post.

Yelredda Saint underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left elbow.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

The following greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trial took place over 311mtrs with 4 required to trial. The winning time of trial was 18.05:

Sight To See finished 1st, Jaguar Jessie finished 2nd, Perfect Chase finished 3rd. 

Perfect Chase – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a right hock injury. Weighing 32.7kgs and beginning from box 1 beaten by 8 lengths. Perfect Chase was checked on the first turn and has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Sight To See - Was stood down from racing at Sale for fail to chase injury. Weighing 29.2kgs and beginning from box 3 winning by 2 ½ lengths. Sight To See has been cleared to race all tracks except Sale.

Jaguar Jessie – Was stood down from racing at Cranbourne for marring. Weighing 27.5kgs and beginning from box 8 beaten by 2 ½ lengths. Jaguar Jessie has been cleared to race at all tracks.
