Gettysburg was very slow to begin (3 lengths).

Sensory and Punk Star Rocks collided approaching the first turn. Sensory, Punk Star Rocks, Vigorous and Scarred Warrior collided on the first turn.  Scarred Warrior checked off Vigorous on the second turn checking Scarred Warrior.  Sensory and Punk Star Rocks collided in the back straight severely checking Sensory.  Gettysburg checked off Punk Star Rocks on the third turn.  

Avalanche crossed in soon after the start and collided with Nebraska Nell and Darcon Lass.  Nebraska Nell and Darcon Lass collided approaching the first turn.  Shanlyn Spot raced wide from the first turn to the back straight.  Push and Nebraska Nell collided entering the home straight.  

A pre-race sample was taken from Patrick Francis.

Blue Mascara and Patrick Francis collided approaching the second turn.  Patrick Francis checked off Potente Rocks on the home turn.  

Flojo Mikado, Phoebe's Angel and Optimus Dusty collided soon after the start checking Flojo Mikado which stumbled.  Weblec Spice and Sonic Sensation collided on the first turn.

Romanova was slow to begin.

Wynburn Lucifer checked off Air Commander soon after the start checking Romanova.  Destini Jaguar and Romanova collided in the front straight.  Don Lesta and Wynburn Lucifer collided entering the back straight checking Don Lesta.  Destini Jaguar and Wynburn Lucifer collided in the back straight.

Hot Tip was slow to begin.

Italian Plastic and Miss Innings collided approaching the first turn checking Miss Innings.  Miss Innings, Noaki Colour and Black Signature collided on the first turn.  Priority Pass checked off Noaki Colour entering the back straight. 

Zemira Mikado and Aston Chandon collided soon after the start.  Zemira Mikado, Roger Express and Unsound Mind collided approaching the home turn.  Roger Express and Unsound Mind collided on the home turn.

Water Colour, Ask Me Now and Living Daylights were slow to begin.

Blusain Bolt, Mepunga Frankie, Little Biddy and Lady Bang Bang collided soon after the start checking Mepunga Fankie and Lady Bang Bang.

A post-race sample was taken from Ask Me Now - winner of the event.

Cosmic Sparkle and Weblec Wizz collided soon after the start.  Aston Peroni and La Quinta Rocks collided on the first turn.  Cosmic Sparkle and Dustification collided on the first turn.  Aston Peroni tired over the concluding stages.

Aston Peroni underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Miss Potential.

Whodat Opal crossed in soon after the start and collided with Bruce's Back.  Double Supreme and Archie Rocks collided soon after the start.  Double Supreme checked off Whodat Opal on the first turn and collided with Archie Rocks and Bruce's Back causing Bruce's Back to race wide.  Whodat Opal faltered approaching the third turn.

Whodat Opal underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid injury and a spike wound to the right hind leg.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from All You Got.

Venus Allen stumbled at box rise.  Sweet Sparkle checked off All You Got approaching the first turn.  All You Got and Blazin' About collided on the first turn.  Venus Allen, Sweet Sparkle and Blazin' About collided approaching the winning post.

Bolta Neveelk faltered soon after the start and subsequently pulled up.  Vamoosh checked off Hopeful on the first turn and collided with Red Queen and Mysterious Mara.  Superstar Jessie and Hopeful collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Bolta Neveelk underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right groin injury and a sand toe to the right fore foot.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Luna Chick – Stood down from racing at Sandown for an Unsatisfactory Performance. Weighing 28.5kgs and beginning from box 1,  Luna Chick placed 4th in a field of 4 beaten by 19 ¾ lengths in a time of 31.29. Luna Chick has not been cleared to race due to an unsatisfactory performance.

Base Camp – Stood down from racing at Sandown for marring. Weighing 36.6kgs and beginning from box 3, Base Camp placed 2nd in a field of 4 beaten by 1 ¼ lengths in a time of 30.06. Base Camp has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Cabin Fever – Stood down from racing at Sandown for marring. Weighing 35.0kgs and beginning from box 7, Cabin Fever placed 1st in a field of 4 winning by 1 ¼ lengths in a time of 29.98. Cabin Fever has been cleared to race at all tracks.
