Steward's Report
Placid Warrior - Late scratching at 12:31pm when Mr. S. Cachia, trainer reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. Stewards spoke to the trainer Mr. S. Cachia in regards to the late scratching of Placid Warrior. Mr. Cachia stated that the greyhound was showing signs of stress.
Twenty Tamar checked off Merchant Prince approaching the first turn. Twenty Tamar checked off Little Women on the first turn checking Erolo Bale. Merchant Prince and Muza's Angel collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Twenty Tamar raced wide in the home straight.
