Crazy Happy - Late scratching at 4:18pm under GAR 37(4) on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian after the greyhound was found to be infested with fleas.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance stating the condition no longer exists, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Burning Mountain was quick to begin.  Ado Carr and El Alegre collided approaching the first turn.  Poppy Talk checked off Curiouser approaching the first turn.  El Alegre crossed out on the home turn and raced wide in the home straight.  Poppy Talk and Curiouser collided approaching the winning post checking Larkhill County.

Mepunga Bonnie checked off Loaded on the first turn.  Velocity Dory and Bella's Ghost collided on the first turn and again on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Cachia, trainer reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.  Stewards spoke to the trainer Mr. S. Cachia in regards to the late scratching of Placid Warrior.  Mr. Cachia stated that the greyhound was showing signs of stress.

Twenty Tamar checked off Merchant Prince approaching the first turn.  Twenty Tamar checked off Little Women on the first turn checking Erolo Bale.  Merchant Prince and Muza's Angel collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.  Twenty Tamar raced wide in the home straight.

Dream Gem - Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at Sale for marring.  Weighing 26.2kgs and beginning from box 8, Dream Gem completed the 440m trial distance in a time of 25.32.  Dream Gem was placed 2nd in a field of 4 beaten by .50 lengths.   Dream Gem has been cleared to race at all tracks.
