Nitro Value and Immediate collided soon after the start, checking Immediate and Unwanted Lady. Nitro Value and Immediate collided approaching the first turn, checking Immediate. Unwanted Lady faulted on the first turn and failed to finish. Nitro Value checked off Valletta Sky on the first turn. So Amazing and Valletta Sky collided on the first turn. Destini Cavalier checked off Valletta Sky on the first turn. Immediate raced wide on the first turn.
Unwanted Lady underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg back muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
