Bush Mate and Onya Nelly collided approaching the home turn. Chip It Around raced wide in the home straight.

Pumbaa underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported

Graphic Design, Lana's Image, Zipping Lach, Zipping Sarah and Mepunga Holly collided approaching the first turn checking Lana's Image, Zipping Sarah and Mepunga Holly. Light Up Ruksana checked off Mepunga Holly on the first turn.

A post-race sample was taken from Zipping Hilton - the winner of the event.

Light Up Ruksana underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left and right monkey and quadriceps. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Giggling Gerty and Weblec Spice were slow to begin.

Star Reiko and Miss Klara collided soon after the start. United Lass and Giggling Gerty collided on the first turn. Star Reiko and Weblec Spice collided on the first turn. United Lass checked off Tizza Gem approaching the home turn and collided with Weblec Spice. United Lass and Weblec Spice collided approaching the home turn. 

Weblec Spice which performed below market expectations underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left monkey and left quadricep. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Kennel representative Mr James Shaw stated although Weblec Spice suffered interference in the run he was disappointed with the greyhounds performance.

A post-race sample was taken from Weblec Spice- unplaced in the event.

Miracles Happen and Miss Maia collided soon after the start. Miss Adelaide and Krisbar Immy collided approaching th first turn checking Miss Adelaide. Miracles Happen, Miss Maia and Krisbar Immy collided on the first turn checking Miss Maia and Krisbar Immy. Miss Maia and Krisbar Immy collided approaching the home turn.

Stewards spoke to trainer ,Mr J.Burrow  (Good Yarn) regarding the number of starts the greyhound has had between 7/7/2019 and 18/7/2019 (12 days - 4 starts). Mr .Burrow explained that the greyhound was lightly exercised between race starts and in his opinion is fit  for racing. Mr Burrow also explained that Good Yarn was dropping back in distance from 600mtrs. to 450mtrs.

 A sample was taken from Atlantic Jewel upon arrival at the course.

Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr .G.Berry (Atlantic Jewel) regarding the number of starts the greyhound has had  between 5/7/2019 and 18/7/2019 (14 days - 4 starts). Mr .Berry explained that Atlantic Jewel was exercised minimally between starts and in his opinion was showing no signs of fatigue.

Fearless and No Vacancy were slow to begin.

War Creek and Atlantic Jewel collided soon after the start. Charlie Cockatoo, Ledgerwood Libby and War Creek collided on the first turn.
