Facts Don't Lie crossed to the rail on the first turn and collided with Tana's Angel and Launch Time causing facts Don't Lie to falter and tailed off. Cozi Fitz and Tana's Angel collided on the home turn checking Tana's Angel. Cozi Fitz and Cullquin Cersei collided entering the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Grindley the trainer of Golden Fernanda regarding the manner in which the greyhound pulled up shortly after the winning post before entering the catching pen, resulting in the greyhound sustaining a injury, after the greyhound collided with several greyhounds. Stewards advised Mr Grindley that if a similar incident occurred the greyhound would be placed on a satisfactory trial.
