Steward's Report
Further Dreamer was slow to begin. Half Proven crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Bushmans Destiny, Manila Sprite and Bluey Can Fly. Bluey Can Fly and Further Dreamer collided approaching the first turn causing Further Dreamer to contact the running rail. Mia Amour, Bushmans Destiny and Manila Sprite collided on the first turn. Black Rose Texas and Tat Nuggie collided approaching the home turn checking Tat Nuggie. Bushmans Destiny clipped the heels of Mia Amour approaching the home turn severely checking Bushmans Destiny which fell causing Further Dreamer and Manila Sprite to fall.
Bushmans Destiny underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising to the right foreleg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Further Dreamer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found.
Manila Sprite underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left groin injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
