Stewards spoke to Mr D. Grindley the trainer of Golden Fernanda regarding the manner in which the greyhound pulled up shortly after the winning post before entering the catching pen, resulting in the greyhound sustaining a injury, after the greyhound collided with several greyhounds. Stewards advised Mr Grindley that if a similar incident occurred the greyhound would be placed on a satisfactory trial.
