My Attitude and Jaxon's Express collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. My Attitude and Horus Blue collided approaching the home turn. Rosie Reigns crossed out approaching the winning post, checking Horus Blue.

Dark Stealth underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Due to a technical malfunction with the semaphore board the race time was unable to correctly displayed immediately prior to the event. The official race time was manually entered and displayed accordingly.

On Degoey was slow to begin. 

Jazzier checked off Big Papa approaching the first turn, checking Acer. Big Papa and Black Opaque collided on the first turn. Bruno He Mikado and Chisel Nibbs collided on the first turn. On Degoey and Black Opaque collided on the first turn, checking Black Opaque and Jazzier. Acer and Black Opaque collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight, checking both greyhounds.

Inter Rose, They Love Me, Tonnes Of Zip, Crashing Lil and Dr. Outlander collided approaching the first turn, checking Saw Blaze, Inter Rose, They Love Me, Trois Femmes and Dr. Davinci. Tonnes of Zip and Crashing Lil collided approaching the home turn. Crashing Lil and Dr. Davinci collided in the home straight. Crashing Lil failed to pursue the lure in the home straight. Tonnes Of Zip and Crashing Lil collided approaching the winning post.

Crashing Lil underwent a post-race veterinary examination and re-vetted following race 4. No apparent injury could be detected.

Stewards spoke to Mr John Bosnich the trainer of Crashing Lil regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Crashing Lil was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Bosnich pleaded guilty to the charge, Crashing Lil was suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Miss Inquisitive underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a right triangle muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

A sample was taken from Ayia Sophia - the winner of the event.

Stylish Missile underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a left back muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Double Attitude underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a right hamstring injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Zipping Lucky was quick to begin. 

Cool De Beers, Checker Plate and Veetee Mist collided approaching the first turn, checking Cool De Beers. Checker Plate, Zipping Lucky and Backin' Bully collided on the first turn, severely checking Zipping Lucky and Backin' Bully. 

Stewards noted that the muzzle on Backin' Bully had become caught in the greyhound's mouth during the running of the event. 

Inter Joe and Owlette were quick to begin. Aston Shakira was slow to begin. 

Summer Girl and Rojo Ollie collided on the first turn, checking Rojo Ollie.  Hashtag Spolly and Aston Shakira collided approaching the home turn. Summer Girl and Owlette collided approaching the winning post. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Urban Bourbon. 

Urban Bourbon was slow to begin. 

Urban bourbon and Magical Bling collided soon after the start. Tui crossed in soon after the start, checking Rellim Diesel and Placid Murphy. Walkin' The Walk faltered approaching the first turn and subsequently tailed off. Urban Bourbon and Placid Murphy collided on the first turn, checking Urban Bourbon. Urban Bourbon raced wide in the home straight. 

Walkin' The Walk underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Terrah Round crossed to the rails approaching the first turn, checking Tansy, Navy Storm, Big Holiday and Cool Titanium. Terrah Round checked off Delta's Tiara on the first turn. Big Holiday and Cool Titanium collided approaching the home turn. Delta's Tiara and Split Pea collided approaching the home turn. Delta's Tiara checked off Tansy on the home turn, checking Tansy and severely checking Delta's Tiara and Split Pea; both greyhounds raced wide as a result. Cool Titanium and Split Pea collided approaching the winning post. 

Midnight Patrol – Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing following a change of kennel.

Blue Irish and Hurricane Billie were slow to begin. 

Blazing Sword, Rainbow Parade and Blue Irish collided approaching the first turn, checking Rainbow Parade and Blue Irish. Midnight Patrol and My Girl Chezza collided on the first turn, checking My Girl Chezza. Midnight Patrol checked off Smash Hit on the first turn. 

Blue Irish underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a laceration to the right front foot. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Blue Irish– Proved difficult to box, will be boxed first in future events. 

Meehan Deano, Looking Down, Ants In Pants and Pilot Pete collided soon after the start, checking Looking Down who faltered as a result and subsequently tailed off.  Mini Fernando checked off Weeona Paul on the first turn, severely checking Meehan Deano, Mini Fernando and Ants In Pants. Weeona Paul and Pilot Pete collided approaching the winning post. 

Looking Down underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a right triangle muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Peaked.

Totally bullish was slow to begin and checked off Ebb soon after the start. Woodleigh Guy and Shrek's Typhoon collided soon after the start. Aladdin Prince, Miss Walt and Peaked collided on the first turn, checking Peaked and Totally Bullish. Woodleigh Guy, Shrek's Typhoon and Ebb collided on the first turn, checking Ebb.

Satisfactory Trial Results: 

The following Greyhounds performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial – The trail took place over 400m with four greyhounds required to trial. The winning time of trial was 22.66;

Washout finished 3rd, Jaguar Jessie finished 1st.

Jaguar Jessie– Was stood down from racing at Sale for FTC (Injury.) Weighing 28.5kgs and beginning from box 8, winning by 5.75 lengths. Jaguar Jessie has been cleared to race all tracks except Sale.

Wash Out– Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to being on season. Weighing 28.5kgs and beginning from box 1, beaten by 8.5 lengths. Wash Out has been cleared to race.
