Octo Flash and Yenderra Bazza were slow to begin.
Raging Roy checked off Bad Words approaching the first turn. Miss Oreo Mac, Octo Flash and Raging Roy collided on the first turn checking Mss Oreo Mac and Octo Flash. Yep Yep, Octo Flash and Yenderra Bazza collided several times entering the home straight. Yep Yep and Octo Flash collided approaching the winning post.
Raging Roy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left quadriceps injury. A 7 stand down period was imposed.
