Black Rose Texas checked off Hot Tottie soon after the start. Hot Tottie checked off Stoikos approaching the first turn. Crowdza Rockin', Gitcha Loaded and Black Rose Texas collided on the home turn. Roman Renegade and Gitcha Loaded collided in the home straight.
Stewards spoke to Ms. C. Read-Herron, the handler of Gitcha Loaded, regarding her difficulty boxing the greyhound in this event. After taking evidence from the Steward at the start and Ms. Read-Herron, Stewards directed that Ms Read-Herron is not to box any greyhounds in a race until she has demonstrated an appropriate level of skill.
