As Stewards and Club Officials were not advised of the change in starting time, this event was started at 5.34pm, some 3 minutes later than the rescheduled time.
A pre race sample was taken from Firey Lil.
Damo's Pineapple was quick to begin. Skeeta Storm, Teras In Eyes and Mammoth were slow to begin.
Ugo Girl, Ethan Zane and Damo's Pineapple collided approaching the first turn checking Damo's Pineapple and Ugo Girl. Tears In Eyes checked off Damo's Pineapple on the first turn. Ugo Girl raced wide approaching the home turn and was galloped on by Firey Lil checking both greyhounds. Ethan Zane raced wide on the home turn. Ethan Zane and Ugo Girl raced wide in the home straight.
