Steward's Report
Hello Cobber, Amigo One and Lily The Weapon were slow to begin. Atlas Bombshell and Dubai Prince collided soon after the start checking Dubai Prince. Blackjack Cruise, Amigo One and Micro Moo collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Hello Cobber. Micro Moo and Lily The Weapon collided approaching the home turn. Hello Cobber and Lily The Weapon raced wide in the home straight. Amigo One and Atlas Bombshell collided approaching the winning post.
Amigo One underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left shoulder injury and right trapizius injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. J. Caulfield, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Amigo One was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Caulfield pleaded not guilty to the charge, Amigo One was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
