Steward's Report
Pyrenees Acclaim, Tuiaki Dora and Princess Parker collided soon after the start checking Tuiaki Dora. Pyrenees Classic, Crackerjack Tim and Lacarabine collided soon after the start checking Crackerjack Tim and Lacarabine. Cavalry Rose checked off Pyrenees Acclaim on the first turn and also checking Tuiaki Dora and Crackerjack Tim Cavalry Rose lost ground from that point and was tailed off. Pyrenees Acclaim checked off Princess Parker on the first turn. Pyrenees Acclaim and Troy Boyce collided in the home straight.
Cavalry Rose was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a injury to the right monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Supplementary Report: On Tuesday 5th February 2019, Trainer Keith Lloyd advised that Cavalry Rose had sustained the following injuries, Soreness in the monkey muscle, chest muscle & strain in the back muscle.
