This meeting is deemed Hot Weather Affected. At the close of kennelling the outside temperature was 31.4 degrees and the kennel temperature was 17.6 degrees.

The outside temperature at race start time was 31.5 degrees, the inside kennel temperature immediately prior to the race when the greyhounds were retrieved was 17.4 degrees.

Dusty Dior was quick to begin. Big Fat Goalie was slow to begin. Refueled and Oriental Tiger collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Refueled and Oriental Tiger collided several times on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Punch Out and Chill Out Isla collided approaching the home turnchecking Chill Out Isla. Refueled and Big Fat Goalie collided approaching the home turn. Pennyroyal Tee crossed to the outside on the home turn checking Punch Out. Punch Out and Pennyroyal Tee raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight. Big Fat Goalie raced wide on the home turn. Dusty Dior eased in the home straight. Classy Vanda crossed to the outside approaching the winning post

Stewards spoke to Miss Paris Borserio, the handler of the greyhound Dusty Dior regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home straight. Dusty Dior was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to left shoulder and rightside pelvic, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Dusty Dior with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Miss Paris Borserio pleaded guilty to the charge, Dusty Dior was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Short Leash was quick to begin. It Is Done was slow out. All About Now, Arlecchino and Batik Print collided on the first turn checking Arlecchino, Batik Print and It Is Done. Wynonna Earp and It Is Done collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Wynonna Earp checked off It Is Done entering the home straight. Maximum Lara raced wide in the home straight.

Hammer Red was slow to begin. Hello Cobber and Hammer Red collided soon after the start checking Hammer Red. Hammer Red, Kracka Barcia and Hello Cobber collided on the first turn checking Kracka Barcia and Hello Cobber. Hello Cobber raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.

Wolf Point and Voodoo Hustler collided soon after the start checking Wolf Point. Hannibal Spectre and Voodoo Hustler collided on the first turn checking Voodoo Hustler. Hannibal Spectre and Gunmetal Liam collided on the home turn and entering the home straight. Wolf Point and Mrs. Jawa collided on the winning post.

The outside temperature at race start time was 29.6 degrees, the inside kennel temperature immediately prior to the race when the greyhounds were retrieved was 17.7 degrees.

Chatty Garry,Raglan Bindi, Antarctic Lass and Crackerjack Roy were slow to begin. Raglan Bindi, Joycee Rae and Antarctic Lass collided soon after the start checking Antarctic Lass. Oshkosh Jay crossed to the rail on the first turn. Violet Blue and Chatty Garry collided entering the back straight checking Chatty Garry which tailed off as a result. Why Not Archie checked off Oshkosh Jay entering the back straight. Why Not Archie and Antarctic Lass collided entering the home straight. Why Not Archie and Oshkosh Jay collided on the winning post.

Chatty Garry was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Hey Shaza Fozz was quick to begin. Groucho and Hey Shaza Fozz collided approaching the home turn checking Groucho. Awesome Freckles and Mr Perfect collided approaching the home turn.

Due to operational matters this race was delayed 2 minutes.

Lucus The Great and Sable Sass were slow to begin. Half Day Harry and Tuscan Flex collided on the first turn, checking Half Day Harry. Lady Pippa and Sable Sass collided approaching the home turn checking Lady Pippa. Sandave Rayne raced wide entering the home straight. Lucas The Great and Half Day Harry raced wide in the home straight.

The outside temperature at race start time was 27.6 degrees, the inside kennel temperature immediately prior to the race when the greyhounds were retrieved was 17.5 degrees.

Strike Power and Sweet Strike were slow to begin.

Gold Attraction and Alina Grand collided on the first turn checking Alina Grand and Puffin' Stuff.

Puffin' Stuff was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained stopper pad injuries, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Roy Parker, the trainer of Bletchley regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Bletchley last raced on 3-Oct-18. Mr Parker stated that the greyhound had torn both back calf muscles.

Secret Business crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Fair Ride.

Hagrid Grange and One Moore Page collided approaching the home turn.

Bletchley raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.

Satisfactory Whelping Trial (Solo) - Tayla's Banjo trialled over the 425m from box 2, weight 30.2 kg.The time of the trial was 24.81, Tayla's Banjo was Cleared.
