Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Choose.
Stealthy Flight turned in the box and did not take any competitive part in the event. Ruby's Boy and Placid Pause were slow to begin. Fabredust crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Choose, Exceed The Speed and Crackerjack Man and severely checking Pilot Pete and Ruby's Boy. Choose and Crackerjack Man collided entering the back striaght severely checking Crackerjack Man, Crackerjack Man collided with Ruby's Boy as a result and lost considerable ground.
Stealthy Flight was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
Stewards established that Stealthy Flight turned in the boxes. Acting under GAR 52(1) Stealthy Flight was placed on a satisfactory trial all tracks.
Stewards spoke to Mr. I. Anderson regarding the direction that the greyhound Stealthy Flight be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
