Micky Rads, Constant Rythym and Just Over collided approaching the first turn. Badelaide Road galloped on the heels of Constant Rythym on the first turn severely checking Constant Rythym which fell. Starbright Toby and Just Over collided on the first turn severely checking Just Over which fell checking Kamchatka Lenny and Gunn Be Hoping.

Constant Rythym was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left humerus and was humanely euthanised.

Just Over was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a minor back injury and a superficial laceration to the front left foot. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.

Starbright Toby was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained splitt webbing to the left hind foot. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Beanie Allen went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.

Dyna Sarah and Bushman's Destiny were slow to begin.

Venus Allen and Dyna Sarah collided approaching the first turn checking Venus Allen. Venus Allen and Beanie Allen collided on the first turn. Bushman's Destiny and Venus Allen collided approaching the home turn, on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr R.Taylor, the trainer of Star Project regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Star Project last raced on 15 April, 2018. Mr Taylor stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a left monkey injury.

Avoided Chaos was slow to begin.

Raglan Bindi was very slow to begin (3L).

Better Way eased approaching the first turn and tailed off. Unique Quality and Dashing Dyson collided approaching the second turn. Ryben Bill clipped the heels of Unique Quality approaching the second turn. Ryben Bill and Avoided Chaos collided approaching the home turn. Star Project and Unique Quality collided entering the home straight. Ryben Bill raced wide in the home straight.

Better Way was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle and was found to be in season. A stand down period of 28 days was imposed.

Raglan Bindi was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained shin soreness in the left hind leg. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Heroic Outlaw and Pritil Manila were slow to begin.

Mexican Ned, Dark Tyde, Lektra Diamond and Pritil Manila collided soon after the start checking Dark Tyde, Lektra Diamond and Pritil Manila. Heroic Outlaw and Chinotto collided approaching the home turn checking Heroic Outlaw. Heroic Outlaw and Mexican Ned collided approaching the home turn checking Mexican Ned. Monkey Year and Pritil Manila collided on the home turn. Lektra Diamond raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight. Pritil Manila crossed to the inside in the home straight.

Monkey Year was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Dream Boulevard and Dyna Ianto collided soon after the start checking Dyna Ianto. My Fernando Tim and Doc Man collided soon after the start checking Doc Nam. Swell It Is, Dream Boulevard and Troy Boyce collided approaching the first turn and on the first turn. My Fernando Tim and Cash Or Card collided approaching the home turn checking My Fernando Tim. My Fernamndo Tim and Dyna Ianto collided in the home straight.

Afire Love was a late scratching at 2:22pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to a right carpal sprain. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Undeniably, Ace Gone Wild and Spyfection collided on the first turn checking Ace Gone Wild. Spyfection, Jimmy Got Style and Eftpos Jess collided on the first turn. Eftpos Jess and Spyfection collided approaching the second turn. Onya Grover raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Ms P.Triaca, the trainer of Allen Zhara regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Allen Zhara last raced on 16 February, 2018. Ms Triaca stated that the greyhound was resuming racing from a left shoulder injury and change of kennels.

Parsnip was slow to begin.

Argyle Lucifer and Zelemar Jim collided on the first turn checking Zelemar Jim. Lonesome Spring and Joycee Rae raced wide in the home straight.

Don's Machine was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

The start of this event was delayed approximately 3 minutes to hold for a Melton Harness event.

Bald Wal and Saint Ray were quick to begin. Mr. No Worries crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Saint Ray, Clavash, Tat Scooby, Some Spark and Seven Two. Tat Scooby checked off Saint Ray approaching the home turn.

Wild Sticks and Chillby were slow to begin.

Fred's My Name and Full Of Baoloney collided soon after the start. Chillby and Fred's My name collided on the first turn checking Chillby. Fred's My name and Full Of Boloney collided entering the home straight. Chillby and Full Of Boloney collided approaching the winning post.

Umar Allen was quick to begin. Roman Blue Jay and Klondike Gold were slow to begin. Jackie Jai and Spring Shower collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. One More Page and Umar Allen collided on the home turn. Our Flying Laura and Umar Allen collided in the home straight. Klondike Gold and Spring Shower collided approaching the winning post. Vanderville and Jackie Jai collided approaching the winning post.

Roman Blue Jay was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a minor abrasion to the right hind paw. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Blake, the representaive of the greyhound Roman Blue Jay regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Roman Blue Jay with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Blake pleaded guilty to the charge, Roman Blue Jay was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
