Big Boss Bree was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind leg, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Super Spolly and Rock Johnson were slow to begin.  Lakeview Grace and Select All collided approaching the first turn checking Lakeview Grace.  Select All checked off Dr. Pixie on the first turn checking Spritely Mac and Rock Johnson.  Lakeview Grace raced wide in the home straight.

Rock Johnson was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hind toe injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Super Spolly - the winner of the event.

Beast was slow to begin.  Surgical Wally and Urban Bourbon collided approaching the first turn checking Urban Bourbon.  Beast and Paddy's Cripp collided on the first turn checking Beast.  Benny's Entity checked off Aston Lelani on the first turn.  Urban Bourbon and Beast collided on the first turn checking Urban Bourbon.  Magic Maya and Aston Lelani collided entering the home straight.  Surgical Wally and Magic Maya collided in the home straight.

Select Teeman and Macalister Tiger were quick to begin.  Where's Lachie was slow to begin.  Captain Jackie and Grande Fratello collided approaching the first turn checking Captain Jackie.  Qatar Girl checked off Grande Fratello approaching the first turn.  Cross Threaded, Select Teeman and Macalister Tiger collided on the first turn checking Select Teeman and severely checking Cross Threaded.  Select Teeman and Velocity Anifred collided approaching the home turn, on the home turn, entering the home straight and in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to the representative Ms. V. Humphries regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Select Teeman and issued her a warning.

The incorrect race number was displayed on the semaphore board.  Race 3 was displayed instead of race 4.

A pre-race sampoe was taken from Dr. Abbie.

Come On Emmaline was slow to begin.  Black Shirley was slow to begin, stumbled and lost considerable ground.  Marlow's Express and Dr. Abbie collided on the first turn checking Marlow's Express.  Folding Green, Come On Emmaline and Alon collided on the first turn checking Folding Green, Come On Emmaline and Alon.  Alon checked off Marlow's Express on the first turn severely checking Alon.  Black Shirley and Come Emmaline collided approaching the home turn.

Black Shirley was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a minor abrasion to the head.  No stand down period was imposed.

Alon was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre-race sample was taken from Soda King.

Soda King, Swanny Flyer and Doc's Reward were slow to begin.  Buckle Up Rose and Dr. Leonardo collided soon after the start checking Buckle Up Rose.  Miss Pie, Soda King, Dr. Leonardo, Swanny Flyer and Doc's Reward collided on the first turn checking Miss Pie, Soda King, Swanny Flyer and Doc's Reward.  Miss Pie checked off Doc's Reward on the second turn checking Buckle Up Rose.

Stewards spoke to Ms. M. Payne, the trainer of the greyhound Miss Pie regarding the greyhound's step up in distance.  It was of the trainer's opinion that the greyhound could run the distance.  The greyhound also got checked during the event.

Mahjong World was slow to begin.  Kiss Me Putu and Zoobie collided soon after the start checking Zoobie.  Kiss Me Pputu and Terpillar collided on the first turn checking Terpillar severely checking Kiss Me Putu . Take Home Sadie checked off Wolfie's Sook approaching the home turn.  Mahjong World checked off Wolfie's Sook approaching the home turn.  What's Up Skip and Mahjong World collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Terpillar, Wolfie's Sook and Mahjong Magic collided in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Tocknell regarding his dress code.

Lotti Biscotti and Alberto were slow to begin.  Audacious Poppy and Mepunga Bonnie collided soon after the start checking Audacious Poppy.  Monster Machine, Alberto and Beau Gem collided on the first turn checking Alberto and Beau Gem and causing Alberto  and Beau Gem to race wide.  Monster Machine and Alberto collided in the home straight checking Monster Machine.  Alberto eased in the home straight and collided with Monster Machine checking Monster Machine.

Alberto was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 10,  it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. A. Simmons, the representative of the greyhound Alberto regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Alberto with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr. Simmons pleaded guilty to the charge, Alberto was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Elston after the greyhound Bill Heeny was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.  Mr. Elston was issued with a warning and reminded when kennelling he ensures greyhounds are kennelled in accordance with kennel procedure.  This matter was referred to the Club Manager.

Tegxcellent, Potere, Sapphire Hawke and Bill Heeny were quick to begin.  Tegxcellent, Potere and Sapphire Hawke collided soon after the start checking Potere.  Tegxcellent and Sapphire Hawke collided approaching the first turn checking Cee Me Entertain, Tegxcellent and Potere.  Sapphire Hawke and Krypto Jam collided on the first turn checking Sapphire Hawke.  Bill Heeny and Cee Me Shine collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds causing Tegxcellent to race wide.  Tegxcellent raced wide in the home straight.

Mood Swings was quick to begin.  Fairy Vixen, Silvio Dante and Mac were slow to begin.  Rickett's Point checked off Property Power approaching the first turn.  Aeroplane Tippa and Fairy Vixen collided on the first turn checking Rickett's Point, Silvio Dante and Mac and severely checking Fairy Vixen.  Fairy Vixen and Silvio Dante collided in the home straight.

Rickett's Point was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left eye, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Rip Van Winkle was quick to begin.  Jesse's Typhoon crossed in on the first turn checking Veetee Mist and Sir Richard.

Dr. Kestrel and Mignon were quick to begin.  Dr. Oliver was slow to begin.  Dr. Kestrel and Dr. Walter collided approaching the first turn checking Dr. Kestrel.  Dr. Kestrel checked off Dr. Walter approaching the first turn.  Dr. Kestrel chesked off Dr. Cadenza on the first turn checking Dr. Toretto.  Mignon and Dr. Walter collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.
