Rapid Highway underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right shin soreness and injuries to the right stifle and right triangle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Emgee Sprinter - Late scratching at 3:24pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian due to spike wounds and abrasions to the left fore. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Super Baroque– Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of 6 months due to a change of kennels. Super Baroque was stood down from racing at Hobart for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Weighing 31.8kg and beginning from box 1, Super Baroque completed the 425mts trial distance in a time of 24.34. Super Baroque was placed 2nd in a field of 4 beaten by 1.25L. Super Baroque has been cleared to race at all tracks except Hobart.
