Cee Me Shine was slow to begin.  Select All, Kilpatrick, Akina Moss and Racey Rose collided soon after the start checking Kilpatrick and Akina Moss.  Cee Me Shine checked off Select All on the first turn.  Blazin' About and Racey Rose collided on the home turn.  Cee Me Shine lost considerable ground over the concluding stages of the event.

Cee Me Shine underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Velocity Dory - Late scratching at 4:10pm on Veterinary advice after the greyhound was found to be infected with fleas.  No stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance, before any future nomination will be accepted.
