A pre race sample was taken from Bobby Tokaam.
Why Not Loz was very slow to begin.(4L).
Bobby Tokaam checked off Here Comes Tom on the first turn checking Speedy Scar, Cosmic Ann and My Mandara. Bobby Tokaam and Speedy Scar collided approaching the home turn checking Bobby Tokaam and Why Not Loz. Bobby Tokaam, Speedy Scar and My Mandara collided on the home turn checking Speedy Scar and My Mandara and severely checking Bobby Tokaam which fell as a result.
Bobby Tokaam was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left foreleg, and was humanely euthanased.
A sample was taken from Zambora Cash - the winner of the event.
Satisfactory Trial Results -Cawbourne Mav trialled over the 390 from box 1, weight 36.2kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4.The time of the trial was 22.85,the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3.5L. Cawbourne Mav was Cleared.
