Whitehart Magic and Cloona Reward collided on the home turn checking Whitehart Magic. Rampant Doc and Inga Lina collided on the home turn.

Spring Classic and Shorty George were slow to begin.

Kirabilli Poppy galloped on Chasing James on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Great Success checked off Fast Trapper on the first turn checking Banjo Fever and Maximum Tiff. Kirabilli Poppy and Great Success collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Great Success was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound.  No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms. M. Shaw, the representative of the Great Success and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn. 

Westworth was slow to begin.

Kalani Willow checked off Bush Destroyer on the first turn. Westworth and Kalani Willow collided approaching the home turn. Miss Gypsy Lee and Bush Destroyer collided approaching the winning post checking both greyhounds.

Bobby Tokaam checked off Here Comes Tom on the first turn checking Speedy Scar, Cosmic Ann and My Mandara. Bobby Tokaam and Speedy Scar collided approaching the home turn checking Bobby Tokaam and Why Not Loz. Bobby Tokaam, Speedy Scar and My Mandara collided on the home turn checking Speedy Scar and My Mandara and severely checking Bobby Tokaam which fell as a result.

Bobby Tokaam was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left foreleg, and was humanely euthanased.

A sample was taken from Zambora Cash - the winner of the event.

Satisfactory Trial Results -Cawbourne Mav trialled over the 390 from box 1, weight 36.2kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4.The time of the trial was 22.85,the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3.5L. Cawbourne Mav was Cleared.
