In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, this event was deemed Heat Affected. The outside temperature before race 12 was 25.5 degrees, the inside kennel temperature was 18.1 degrees and the humidity was 56.2%.
Zefron and Little Dynamo collided soon after the start checking Zefron. Stylish Chief, Clovally Mansumi and All Inn Youi approaching the first turn checking Stylish Chief. Stylish Chief, Just Teefa and Kingsley Boy collided on the first turn checking Just Teefa. Clovally Mansumi tired over the concluding stages.
