Banyuatis, Shot Of Spice, Black Tess and Moondust collided approaching the first turn checking Shot Of Spice, Black Tess and Moondust. Banyuatis checked off the heels of Greg's Choice approaching the home turn. Banyuatis and Greg's Choice raced wide on the home turn. Banyuatis checked off the heels of Mac's Mayhem entering the home straight. Mac's Mayhem eased in the home straight

Stewards spoke to Mr C Blake, the representative of the greyhound Mac's Mayhem regarding the greyhounds racing manners in home straight. Mac's Mayhem was vetted. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right quadriceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Mac's Mayhem with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Blake pleaded not guilty to the charge, Mac's Mayhem was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
