Why Not Loz was very slow (3L)
Loroupe and Seabrook Indi collided approaching the first turn, checking Loroupe. Calabrese Bullet and Dazzling Melody collided on the first turn, checking Calabrese Bullet. Amigo One checked of Dazzling Melody approaching the home turn. Why Not Loz and Amigo One raced wide in the home straight.
Loroupe was vetted at the trainers request following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn nail on the left hindleg and a spike wound to the left foreleg, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Dazzling Melody was vetted at the trainers request following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained sartorious muscle injury to both hind legs, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Meeting Comments
Satisfactory Trial Results - Chachi Arcola trialled over the 390 metres from box one, weight 29.8kgs, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.30, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 7L. Chachi Arcola was Cleared.
