Steward's Report
See Ya Mate and You Blue were quick to begin. Bintang Bullet, Rocket Strike, Nellie Shan and How High Jazz collided on the first turn, checking Rocket Strike. Kraken Dust and Keisha's Boy collided on the first turn, checking Keisha's Boy. You Blue and See Ya Mate collided on the second turn. How High Jazz and Nellie Shan collided approaching the home turn, checking Nellie Shan. Kraken Dust and Bintang Bullet collided approaching the home turn, checking Bintang Bullet. Kraken Dust raced wide on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Kraken Dust, You Blue and See Ya Mate collided several times in the home straight.
Stewards spoke to trainer John Mangion regarding the greyhound, See Ya Mate racing manners approaching in the home straight. Mr Mangoin stated that the other two greyhounds on the inside of See Ya Mate were moving out as his greyhound was moving in, causing them to collide Stewards noted Mr Mangions' comments and all available side on and head on footage and no further action.
