Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms.M.Brown, the representative of Feisty Ivy regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Feisty Ivy last raced on 11 April 2018. Ms.Brown stated that the greyhound was resuming from a right hind toe injury.
A pre-race sample was taken from Scooby Boy.
St. Pauli was quick to begin. Cheeky Cindy was slow to begin. Scooby Boy checked off St. Pauli on the first turn checking Buckle Up Scotch, Burnsy's Sam, In Dee Genes and Fiesty Ivy and severely checking Scooby Boy and Miz Josie.
Scooby Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to its front paws and hind legs. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Miz Josie was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Satisfactory Trial Results
Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Smith, the representative of the greyhound Ominous Warning regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Ominous Warning last raced on 30th September 2017. Mr. Smith stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after injuries to its left triangle muscle and left back toe and a change of kennel. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Ominous Warning trialled over the 311 metre distance from box 1, weight 32.8kgs. The greyhound placed 1st, in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 17.86. The greyhound won by a margin of 2.5 lengths. Ominous Warning was cleared.
Stewards spoke to Mrs. J. Imlach, the trainer of the greyhound Riclesky regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Riclesky last raced on 14th February 2018. Mrs. Imlach stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after and injury to its hock. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Riclesky trialled over the 311 metre distance from box 7, weight 34.3kgs. The greyhound placed 4th, in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 17.86. The greyhound was beaten by a margin of 11.75 lengths. Riclesky was cleared.
