Wilbury and Silly Milly were slow to begin. Jacobite Joseph went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Knocker's Gold and Quara's Emma collided approaching the first turn. Fawn Secrets, Blue Bar Pie, Silly Milly and Quara's Emma collided on the first turn, checking Blue Bar Pie and Fawn Secrets. Silly Milly and Quara's Emma collided approaching the home turn, checking Quara's Emma. Quara's Emma galloped on the heels of Silly Milly approaching the home turn, checking Fawn Secrets and Blue Bar Pie, and severely checking Silly Milly. Knocker's Gold raced wide approaching the winning post.
