Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Steven Waycott, the trainer of Platrinum Impact, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Platinum Impact last raced on 15th March 2018. Mr Waycott stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a seasonal condition.
A pre-race sample was taken from Melissa Lee.
Parvati Grange and Myrtle Grange were slow to begin.
Gold Attraction and Platinum Impact collided soon after the start, checking Gold Attraction. Destini Baby checked off Barked Off approaching the first turn. Barked Off checked off Platinum Impact approaching the home turn. Parvati Grange raced wide approaching the home turn. Myrtle Grange and Destini Baby collided on the home turn. Melissa Lee and Platinum Impact collided several times in the home straight.
MEETING COMMENTS
Satisfactory Trial Results - Flying Action trialled over the 390m from box one, weight 27.7kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.61, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.5L. Flying Action was cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr Cameron Hudson, the trainer of Mack Trident, regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Mack Trident last raced on 22 December 2017. Mr Hudson stated that the greyhound was returning from a right hock injury and left hip support. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Mack Trident trialled over the 390m from box eight, weight 35.1kg, the greyhound was placed fourth in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.61, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 1.75L. Mack Trident was cleared.
