Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Phillip Pollutro, the trainer of Nitro Hook regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Nitro Hooklast raced on 11th October 2018. Mr Pollutro stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a left hind toe injury.
Gappy Gilmore, Nitro Hook and Parish Power were quick to begin. Go Go Guru was slow to begin.
Polo Pete and Mahjong Magic collided soon after the start. Polo Pete checked off the heels of Nitro Hook and collided with Sharp Missile and Fast Trapper checking Polo Pete, Sharp Missile and Fast Trapper. Nitro Hook faltered approaching the home turn and lost ground. Mahjong Magic checked off the heels of Gappy Gilmore approaching the home turn checking Go Go Guru. Go Go Guru and Nitro Hook collided on the home turn. Nitro Hook faded in the home straight.
