Steward's Report
The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Superior Scotch and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 11.02am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mrs J Condon was fined the sum of $100.
A pre race sample was taken from Pinciotti.
The start of this event was delayed by approximately 12 minutes due to a malfunction with the trip mechanism at the starting boxes. The event was started manually as a result.
Uncatchable and Pinciotti collided approaching the 250m mark. Blackpool Remi, Ryder Sir and Miss Luna Girl collided approaching the winning post.
