Some Spark and Kiss Me Putu collided soon after the start. Cruisy's Lil, Some Spark and Kiss Me Putu collided approacching the first turn checking Cruisy's Lil. Cruisy's Lil, Wolfies Sook and Proven Snow collided on the first turn. Proven Snow and Kiss Me Putu collided approaching the home turn checking Kiss Me Putu. Proven Snow checked of the heels of Wolfie's Sook entering the home straight.
Cruisy's Lil was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a back injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
