Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr D Jensen, the trainer of Princess Marjen, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Princess Marjen last raced on 17 July, 2018. Mr Jensen stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a spell.
A pre race sample was taken from Lost Papers.
Princess Marjen, Kraken Elroy and Just Blacky were slow to begin. Just Blacky and Here's Tiger collided soon after the start. Here's Tiger, Zero Five and Bull's Babe collided soon after the start. Lost Papers and Shakey Cougar collided soon after the start. Bull's Babe checked off Lost Papers at the 150m mark. Lost Papers checked off Here's Tiger at the 50m mark checking Lost Papers. Here's Tiger checked off Zero Five approaching the post.
Kraken Elroy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
