Lexie's Boy and Come On Charlize collided soon after the start checking Lexie's Boy. Lochinvar Deus and Lady Christina collided approaching the first turn checking Lady Christina. Lexie's Boy and Moonquake collided approaching the first turn checking Moonquake which tailed off.
Lexie's Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right elbow and right shoulder. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.
Moonquake was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right quadriceps injury. A stand down period of 21 days was imposed.
