Dyna Elana was quick to begin.  Noonbarra Jack and Dyna Diode were slow to begin.

Wok Djay and Dyna Charee collided soon after start . Limburg Sprite checked off Dyna Eleana approaching first turn.  Quara's Yoshi checked off Dyna Eleana on the first turn. Noonbarra Jack failed to pursue the lure on the first turn checking Dyna Eleana and Dyna Diode. Wok Djay and Limburg Sprite collided approaching the home turn checking Wok Djay and Dyna Charee and severely checking Limburg Sprite and Dyna Eleana. Quara's Yoshi checked off Limburg Sprite on the home turn checking Dyna Diode and Quara's Yoshi. Quara's Yoshi checked off Dyna Diode in the home straight.

Noonbarra Jack was vetted following the event and revetted following Race 4. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mrs M Turner, the handler of the greyhound Noonbarra Jack regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn .  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Noonbarra Jack with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mrs Turner pleaded guilty to the charge, Noonbarra Jack was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Die Laughing shifted in approaching the first turn, checking Mount Ida Miss, Chase to Wyn, Quara's Destiny and Zipping Buster. Zipping Buster checked off Zipping Cisco on the first turn. Zipping Buster and Quara's Destiny collided approaching the home turn checking Quara's Destiny, which brushed the running rail.

Frosty Snowman and Shoot To Miss collided approaching the first turn, checking Frosty Snowman and Ballyjamesduff. Rayza's Gadget checked off Limburg Patrick on the first turn. Frosty Snowman checked off Rayza's Gadget approaching the home turn, severely checking Ballyjamesduff and All Inn Hunter. Ballyjamesduff raced wide in the home straight.

Dyna Ignis was a late scratching at 2:23pm due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Murrabit Benny was very slow out (4 lengths)

Ominous Warning, Scott Confusion and Unwanted Lady collided approaching the first turn, checking Scott Confusion. Deano's Mojo and Whiz collided approaching the home turn, checking Whiz. Ominous Warning checked off Whiz approaching the home turn. Almendra checked off Unwanted Lady approaching the home turn. Ominous Warning checked off Scott Confusion on the home turn. Whiz checked off Unwanted Lady in the home straight.

Lance Allen and Dashing Dyson collided soon after start, checking Dashing Dyson. Pyrenees Petraca and All Inn Baz collided approaching the home turn, checking Pyrenees Petraca.. Lance Allen, Cosmic Chieftan and Gotham Queen collided approaching the home turn checking Cosmic Chieftan. All Inn Baz checked off Kiss Me Nicki in the home straight, checking Lance Allen and Gotham Queen. Lance Allen, Gotham Queen and All Inn Baz collided approaching the wiinning post, checking All Inn Baz.

All Inn Baz was vetted following the event. . It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Kulu Lightning checked off Barooga Brett soon after the start. El Grand Knocka, Spring Bomber and Main One collided on the first turn checking El Grand Knocka and Spring Bomber. Our Didda checked off Zipping Monty on the home turn causing Spring Bomber to race wide.

Kiss Me Putu checked off Little Dynamo approaching the first turn. Kiss Me Putu and Big Deal collided on the first turn. Snippyliss and Balance collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds, both raced wide as a result. Big Deal checked off Kiss Me Putu approaching the home turn. Balance checked off Big Deal on the home turn.

Big Deal was vetted following the event after a fall in the catching pen. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a small laceration to the left hind digit and an abrasion to the right hind digit. a 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Fat Rhino was slow to begin.

Cruisy's Rose and Bera Na Liva collided soon after the start, checking Bera Na Liva. Cruisy's Rose and I'm a Princess collided approaching the first turn, checking I'm a Princess. Garick Olivander checked off Fat Rhino on the first turn. Garick Olivander and Bera Na Liva collided approaching the home turn, checking Garick Olivander and Fluer Delacour.  Hot Devil and All Inn Misshap raced wide approaching the home turn. Cruisy's Rose raced wide in the home straight.

Unmid Bale was a late scratching at  2:25p.m. due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Stewards spoke to Mr.M.Nash, the trainer of Bad Apple regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Bad Apple last raced on 8th April 2018 . Mr Nash stated that  the greyhound was returning to racing following a left stopper injury.

Dyna Jacinta and Bad Apple collided soon after the start, checking Bad Apple. Calabrese Bullet checked off Mousey McCoy approaching the first turn. Calabrese Bullet checked off Princess Parker on the first turn. Paua to Avoid, Severus Grange and Bad Apple collided on the home turn, checking all three greyhounds.

Tiggerlong Nosey checked off Go Laverne Go approaching the first turn. Bumble Bee Bolto and Blue Hunter collided on the first turn. Bumble Bee Bolto checked off Go Laverne Go approaching the home turn. Go Laverne Go checked off Tiggerlong Nosey on the home turn, checking Bumble Bee Bolto. Rockalot and Shannon Allen collided on the home turn. Blue Hunter marred Styles in home straight. 

Blue Hunter was vetted following the event. it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr M Lloyd, the trainer of the greyhound Blue Hunter regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight .  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Blue Hunter with marring. Mr Lloyd pleaded not guilty to the charge, Blue Hunter was found guilty and suspended for 3 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted

Jackson's Girl, Winlock Casper and Go Natalie Go collided approaching the first turn, checking Winlock Casper. Jackson's Girl, Go Natalie Go and Pandora's Comet collided approaching the first turm checking Go Natalia Go and Golden Blaze. Pat Malone and Why Not Kez collided approaching the home turn. Jackson's Girl checked off Golden Blaze in the home straight. Pandora's Comet, Why Not kez and Pat Malone collided several times in the home straight. Why Not Kez checked off Pat Malone at the winning post.

Discovered and Swift Ruby collided soon after start. Bobby Tokaam and Big Gee Tee collided at first turn. Eden Lass checked off Yenderra Blue at first turn. Clouded Acorn galloped on the heels of Pyrenees Inferno on the home turn, checking Swift Ruby and severely checking Clouded Acorn and Pyrenees Inferno. Eden Lass and Swift Ruby collided approaching the home turn. Big Gee Tee and Clouded Acorn raced wide in the home straight.
