Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr John Magnion (via telephone), the trainer of Become The Fuse regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Become The Fuse last raced on 25th May 2018.Mr Magnion stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a spell.
A pre race sample was taken from Tunisian.
Become The Fuse was slow to begin and lost ground soon after the start and took no competitive part in the event. Bound Two Affair, Senni Richard and Tiggerlong Ring collided on the first turn checking Senni Richard. Rocky Road and Petite Senorita collided in the home straight.
Become The Fuse was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right wrist and left back muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr.D.Eddy the representative of the greyhound Become The Fuse. Stewards deemed the performance of Become The Fuse unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Become The Fuse must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
