Parish Power was quick to begin. Quick Defence and Our China Plate were slow to begin. Miss Bea and Becket collided approaching the first turn. Dum Didee Dum and Our China Plate collided on the first turn checking Dum Didee Dum. Quick Defence checked off Becket on the first turn checking Miss Bea which raced wide and lost ground. Paris Power raced wide in the home straight.
Miss Bea was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right monkey muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
