Big Mary and Magic Trap were slow to begin.
Lady Alliance crossed in approaching the first turn checking Fiesty Girl and Miss Dozer. Miss Dozer and Fiesty Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Fiesty Girl. Fiesty Girl and Big Mary collided approaching the first turn. Magic Trap galloped on Golden Romance on the first turn. Magic Trap galloped on Winlock Rose on the first turn checking Big Mary, causing Winlock Rose and Big Mary to race wide and causing Winlock Rose and Magic Trap to lose ground. Fiesty Girl and Lara Croft collided on the home turn. Winlock Rose and Fiesty Girl raced wide in the home straight.

Pacific Beach last raced on 24 March 2018 and is returning from a seasonal spell.
