Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Chircop, the trainer of Milly's Missile regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Milly's Missile last raced on 12th July, 2018. Mr. Chircop stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a right hock injury. Mr. Chircop also declared a new weight of 30.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Milly's Missile last raced at 31.3kg.
Kimimela and Golden Moon were slow to begin.
Bushranger Boy, Regal Duke and Dyna Frankie collided approaching the first turn, checking Regal Duke. Kayla's Monaro and Renshaw Avenue collided on the first turn, checking Renshaw Avenue. Bushranger Boy checked off Dyna Frankie on the first turn, checking Kayla's Monaro and Milly's Missile. Bushranger Boy checked off Kayla's Monaro approaching the home turn, checking Milly's Missile and Renshaw Avenue. Bushranger Boy raced wide on the home turn.
