Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Paul Santoro, the trainer of Lee I Am, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Lee I Am last raced on 22 January 2018. Mr Santoro stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a left stopper bone injury.
A pre-race sample was taken from Lee I Am.
Fiery Nell and Schusta were quick to begin.
Tally Ho Billy and Lido's Boy collided approaching the 200m mark. Tally Ho Billy crossed to the outside approaching the 150m mark. Molly Walker, Perfect Rider and Fiery Nell collided at the 100m mark, checking Fiery Nell.
Tally Ho Billy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
A sample was taken from Schusta, the winner of the event.
