My Uncle Bob, I'm Giggling Now, St. Leo and Blond Annie were slow to begin.  I'm Giggling Now, St. Leo, Blond Annie and Perfect Piper collided soon after the start checking St. Leo, Blond Annie and Perfect Piper.  Blond Annie lost ground approaching the first turn and subsequently tailed off.

Blond Annie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.  Mr. Wellington declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Wellington, the trainer of the greyhound Blond Annie.  Stewards deemed the performance of Blond Annie unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Blond Annie must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Little Miss Vip was slow to begin.  Perfect Everest, Psycho Millie, Stilton Storm and Piccolo Fratello collided soon after the start checking Psycho Millie.  Perfect Everest and Stilton Storm collided approaching the first turn.  Psycho Millie checked off Stilton Storm approaching the home turn.

Acting on a confirmed phone call, Secret Of Mine was a late scratching at 3:00 pm due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a Veterinary Certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Ms. M. Toner, the trainer of Canterbury regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Canterbury last raced on 24th March, 2018.  Mr. Toner stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a spell.

Doble Estandar and Spritely Mac collided approaching the first turn.  Gee Dalton crossed to the rail on the first turn causing Pinky Tuscadero, Spritely Mac and Major Amor to collide checking Pinky Tuscadero and severely checking Doble Estandar, Spritely Mac and Major Amor.

Woodleigh Guy and Dobre were slow to begin.  Another Shiner faltered soon after the start and subsequently tailed off.  Wadelock Venus and Dobre collided approaching the second turn.  Alexagal and Dobre collided approaching the third turn checking Alexagal and Cashino.  Woodleigh Guy checked off Cashino approaching the home turn.  Cashino and Alexagal collided in the home straight.

Another Shiner was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 6, it was reported that the greyhound was found to have mid thoracic vertebral body pain, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Bowman, the trainer of the greyhound Another Shiner.  Stewards deemed the performance of Another Shiner unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Another Shiner must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Straitline Willy and Equilibrium were slow to begin.  Straitline Willy galloped on Watching You soon after the start checking Straitline Willy and severely checking Watching You which pulled up. Soda Flakes and Equilibrium collided on the first turn causing Equilibrium to race wide.

Watching You was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 8, it was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle muscle injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. V. Tullio, the trainer of the greyhound Watching You regarding the greyhound's performance in this event, taking into consideration the interference the greyhound suffered soon after the start and the injury received during the event, Stewards deemed the performance of Watching You unsatisfactory and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Watching You must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Demand A Panda and Miss Holland were slow to begin.  Mepunga Bonnie and Hannah Bear collided approaching the first turn checking Hannah Bear.  Mepunga Bonnie and Miss Holland collided on the first turn checking Miss Holland and Hannah Bear.

Samsonite was slow to begin.  Cosmic Yessam, Zipping Nitro and Samsonite collided approaching the first turn checking Zipping Nitro and Cosmic Yessam.

Stewards spoke to Mr. X. Cheng, the trainer of Feikuai George regarding the length of time the greyhound has between races.  Feikuai George last raced on 22nd March, 2018.  Mr. Cheng stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after an illness.

Audacious Poppy and Tito Mojito collided on the first turn checking Audacious Poppy, Tito Mojito, Ice Cool Kaedyn, Joe's Dolly and Degani.  Audacious Poppy and Tito Mojito collided approaching the home turn checking Degani and Joe's Dolly.

Mr. P. Borradale, trainer of Fairy Vixen declared a new weight of 29.6kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Fairy Vixen last raced at 31.5kgs.

Zipping Jacy was slow to begin.  Lakeview Maisey checked off Sisso's Joy approaching the first turn.  Zipping Jacy and Lakeview Maisey collided on the first turn.  Lakeview Maisey crossed to the outside on the first turn and raced wide throughout the event.  Quick Finance and Fairy Vixen collided approaching the home turn checking Fairy Vixen.

Macauliff and Soda King were slow to begin.  Go Wilma Go, Goorawin and Miss Fab collided on the first turn checking Goorawin and severely checking Miss Fab.  Soda King, Swansea Ceri, Bigtime Bruce and Go Wilma Go collided on the home turn checking Go Wilma Go which raced wide as a result and severely checking Bigtime Bruce.

Adala Prince was slow to begin.  Coco Marlow checked off Emilia Mel approaching the first turn, contacted the running rail, stumbled and lost considerable ground.  Krypto Jam and Shakey Breaky collided on the first turn.  Emilia Mel and Fawn Nova collided on the first turn.  Krypto Jam and Shakey Breaky collided approaching the home turn checking Shakey Breaky.  Emilia Mel and Adala Prince collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Coco Marlow was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
