A pre-race sample was taken from Super Stoked.
Billy The Jett and Super Serena collided soon after the start checking Super Serena. Super Stoked, Magpie Fencer and Super Serena collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Magpie Fencer raced wide on the home turn. Super Stoked crossed to the outside entering the home straight and collided with Billy The Jett.
Billy The Jett was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left paw. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.
Magpie Fencer was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
